Netflix loads, but only with Instant Queue

Hello, I’m new to the board.  I have had my WD Media Player Plus since September and this has been the only major issue I have had from it.  Starting 2 days ago, whenever I load Netflix, only the titles in my instant queue pop up.  And when they do pop up, the only thing it says is “Image Unavailable” and below it gives the title.  All other blades such as “New Movies”, “New TV Shows”, etc. do not show at all.  I have tried unregistering the box and reregistering with Netflix, power cycling the box, restoring factory defaults using the side reset button and the option on the interface,  as well as changing the firmware (1.04.10.B) back to (1.3.49.B) with no improvement. I have since returned it to the most recent firmware (1.04.10.B) .  Has anyone else had this problem and is there any resolution? I haven’t chnaged any setting sat all recently, this just seemed to come out of no where.  Thank you.
