Need utility to config My Book Duo as RAID1 (Win 10)

Where is the official Western Digital site where I can download the Windows 10 driver for the WD My Book Duo 20TB drive? I want to configure the drive as RAID1.

I will NOT download a driver/utility from a 3rd party! HP claims in their ads that this drive supports RAID1. And thus, HP must supply the drivers! OR they must remove the mention of “RAID” from their ads.
