Need some help just got live plus

Ok so I just hooked it up and it goes to main screen wd. Looks like the loading screen. Then its goes away and my tv goes to input like it does not have a signal. So I thought I would try it with the HDMI. Does the same thing. I tried the reboot with paper clip and nothing. It also does not look like it gets a signal from my remote. Please if anyone can help that would be great.

How long are you waiting at the “no signal” point before you give up?

Mine turns off and on several times when first booting up…

First the WD logo… then video off for a while… then the video comes on and goes back off about 4 or 5 times before the menu finally pops up.

You said you ALSO tried HDMI.   What were you trying before?   Have you tried the COMPOSITE connection?  That’s darn near fail-safe.  

If it still doesn’t work, try holding the RESET button down (with the unit powered on) for more than 10 seconds.   That will swap between PAL and NTSC formats.
