Mycloud is disconnected from the cloud

Hello I tried to reach Mycloud single bay but in my dashboard (just works when connect by cable to my PC) it apperes not connect to the cloud so it is not accesible by mobile apps also.

The firmware version indicated in dashboard is 5.31.108 of 25/08/2025.

The sites indicates in user manuals or support pages, even into the dashboard, seems doesn´t work anymore.

What may I do to connect mycloud to the cloud ?

after tried several tentive to restore the connection, I did a 40 second reset and now it is working (after mycloud reconfiguration)
