MyCloud : impossible d'accéder au stockage

Bonjour à tous,

Je viens d’installer un périphérique MyCloud 2To à l’appartement. Aucun souci au niveau de l’installation, néanmoins, une fois effectuée, lorsque je clique sur “WDMycloud” dans mon réseau, l’explorateur internet ne se lance pas et au contraire une page internet s’ouvre me faisant arriver sur l’accueil de mon Cloud. Du coup, je ne peux pas quoi que ce soit sur ma plateforme de stockage…

De plus, Windows a voulu m’installer des pilotes (??) alors qu’il n’en existe pas. Il n’a pas réussi, évidemment mais du coup quand je clique droit sur mon périphérique voilà ce qu’il s’affiche :

Je ne peux ainsi pas accéder aux dossier, ce qui est très dérangeant et rend ce cloud…inutile pour le moment. Que faire?

Avez vous essayé l’application WD Access:

Cette application, une fois installée, va créer une icône sur la barre de taches de votre ordinateur , vous pourrez sélectionner le My Cloud ensuite choisir une des options proposées
comme “Ouvrir” pour accéder au contenu du My Cloud, ou “Paramètres” pour accèder au tableau de bord.

J’ai téléchargé WD Access qui détecte effectivement mon Cloud. Je peux accéder à Paramètres, néanmoins dès que je charge un fichier je perds la connexion…

Alors que ma connexion internet fonctionne… Du coup, il se reconnecte normalement :

Et se redeconnecte dès que le logiciel tente de charger le fichier…
Je suis connecté en wifi sur ma box et le Cloud en ethernet sur la même box je précise au cas où.

Je viens de télécharger MyCloud sur l’Appstore et j’ai réussi à transférer des photos sans souci (si ça peut vous aider comme complément d’info)

Bonjour,

dites nous en plus sur la configuration du réseau, le Cloud est connecté comment: directement au routeur, via un switch, des CPL?
Votre ordinateur est connecté en wifi au routeur ou en filaire?

si wifi faites un essai en le connectant au routeur en filaire à titre de test, voir si la connexion est stable.

J’ai exactment le meme problème, plus d’accès par file explorer et impossible de mapper. L’accès au disque ne posse pas de problème (on le voit mais comme emplacment de stockage) par contre impossible de monter le partage public.
Je précise qu’après l’achat c’était possible…et 15 jours après plus rien.
Ordinateur sous windows 10 famille (un HP)
Essayer avec Wd access senser résoudre ce problème, il se connecte et perd la connection toute les deux sec.
Disque NAS en direct sur le router par ethernet (filaire) essai de réinitialisation (4 sec) …idem
Les autres appareils voit les partages sans procblème (TV Samsung, tél et tablette)
C’est file explorer sous windows 10 qui pose problème.

Si vous connectez votre PC en filaire à la Box, cela a t’il un effet positif avec Wd Access?

Faites un essai en connectant le PC à la Box en filaire, un changement?

J’ai le même problème que le message initial.
J’ai mon WDMyCloud depuis plus d’un an et aucun problème jusque là.
Depuis quelques semaines, je peux toujours l’utiliser pour écouter de la musique connecté à un Node2 mais impossible de transférer de nouveaux dossiers.
De plus, j’ai beau installer WDAccess mais il ne veut pas fonctionner.
Un conseil?
