Please help how to access my wd passport 2 tb that suddenly can not be access in my windows 10. I try to use another computer in windows 10 but it happen the same thing.
I try to use windows 7 and it can be acess. I see lock icon in every main folder. Everything running well in windows 7 but It is not accessible in windows 10. Please help how to solve this problem.

There may be some issue due to Windows update installer. You may try to check after updating Operating System to its latest.
Did you check this drive on another windows 10 computer?
