I am using WD elements extrenal drive, today morning suddenly my hard drive was not visible on my computer although it is visible in device manager. When I opened Disk Management I saw that my hard drive disk is showing unknown and unallocated. When I tried to initialize it, error is coming I/O device error. Please help as I dont want to loose my data.
