Hello everybody =) I just received my Wireless Pro and I already have some questions about it '^^

1_when I am at home is it possible to use it in wifi mode while connected to the AC power?
2_its battery will charge every time I connect it to my PC or AC power or when the battery is charged - as it happens for the battery of a PC - the power goes directly to the unit and stop charging the battery?

  1. Yes, as long as it’s connected into a power outlet as opposed to a computer via USB.

  2. This is up to the computer’s power output. Your unit will feed from your computer in order to ensure a proper USB connection, but some computers do not provide enough power to also charge the battery.

Just don’t leave the power supply constantly connected to MPW. Although steps have been take in FW to prevent over charging MPW battery, I would not “test” this in real practice. Keep it plugged to power when using device and unplugged otherwise. Another way to keep unit charged while using it is to plug a proper size (i.e. 5v 2amp) battery bank to MPW while using it.
