hi i have bought a WD MYPASSPORT wireless pro 3 Tb.
It works fine wirelessly via my cloud in any mobile and microsoft laptop but its not discoverable on list of wifi in my computer. my computer is HP ALL IN ONE DESKTOP.
My wifi setting is share to private and i had ticked the box to be discoverable on other devices.
i tried every thing and still undiscoverable.
any idea?
The fact that all your other devices can connect to the WD MyPassport Wireless Pro suggests the issue lies with your HP computer. You may get more detailed assistance on the HP support site?
