My Passport PC to Mac

Can anyone help.

I have a my passport external drive that I back up to from my PC, but my hard drive on the PC has died again (second time in a month). I want to transfer the info I have to a mac. Is this possible and if so how.

Try getting NTFS-3G http://mac-free.com/download/NTFS-3G.html and then it should be acessible on Mac.
