Greetings Ya’ll,

I went to review My Manual for my WX61A383U1TN Passport, (which sadly I did not download & print).

When the page came up, It told me “ACCESS DENIED”. WTH?!?

Trying to find a Link/Page whatever has so far been fruitless, & even contacting WD, has produced tow E-mails, from some tech, that has trouble understanding the difference between a “Product Specification Sheet”, & the actual manual that assist me in operating this storage device.

I still have Warranty on this product of approx. 16 days, & yet now, it seems like everything about this unit has disappeared.

Would this Manual be available here in the Community?

This link is the User Manual for the WD My Passport

That’s a Serial Number … not a Model Number (which will begin with WDB)

You wont have much luck google searching a Serial Number.
