WD My Passport not Accessible

I’ve had My Passport for about 5 years and it has worked perfectly, up until a couple days ago… I backed everything up and updated everything a month or so ago and plugged it in the other day and an error message pops up “F:\ is not accessible. Access is denied”.
In Disk Management it shows the harddrive as healthy, with 628/931GB used so the data is still on there, I just can’t access it.
It’s formatted for NTFS. I ran a couple programs to try and recover the data but I’m not really getting anything back. It seems as though the partitions aren’t recognized…

Anyone have any ideas?
I just want to access the files so I can copy them off and then format the drive and start fresh.
