My passport is not readable

Hi,
I am using WD my passport 1tb since 5 years, but suddenly it stopped working. When i connected to pc it is asking password, after entering the password it stucks there.

But the drive showing in my computer, when i click on the drive pc stucks.i tried with different computers. The same issue happening.

Can anyone help me to repair my WD my passport

Are you using My Passport or My Passport Wireless device?

This issue would be caused due to volume corruption. You should recover important data files using data recovery tools and format your drive with the WD Drive Utility in order to use it further.

Thanks for your reply for my query…

I am using My Passport, Please suggest some data recovery tools, i already used WD data recovery tool, it couldn’t complete scan and saying too many bad sectors.
