My Passport For Mac 4TB reformatted for Windows is not visible in WD applications

I reformatted WD My Passport for Mac to NTFS for use in Windows. The disc works successfully, but WD Windows application WD Drive Utilities and WD Security does not see the disc. Will someone help me? Thanks a lot. *Petr

Hi there, if the unit has been formatted and it works properly I don’t see why WD software are not recognizing. Try to reformat one more time and uninstall and reinstall the softwares by downloading the WD Drive Utilities and WD Security for Windows from the website.
