When i’m trying to initialize the device from disk management, it is showing " fatal hardware error" what should i do now? Kindly help around do email or reply back in community.

This error indicates that there is an issue with the drive and it can’t be used further. It is best to contact WD’s Support to get it replace if available under warranty.
