My passport 4TB Extended Test in Data LifeGuard Diagnostics Problem

Hi guys,

I’m having problem in my hard disk when extended test is on progress. The hard disk pop ups “not accessible and access is denied” message everytime i click it when it is still in extended test. i never used WD external hard disk drive before.so i’m wondering is it normally happening that way or not? and also my wd passport 4tb takes up to 2 days for extended test with WD data LifeGuard Diagnostics tools and my laptop is kinda heat up right now. Is it normal that extended test takes much time?
