If you have already try restarting the PC and stopping and starting the backup, you can try uninstalling the software and reinstalling from our website. Make sure to check if there’s a report showing which files are not backed up and the reason.

The software should acknowledge the files already backup as long as you were using 2.1 or 2.2 ( latest ) version of Smartware.
