My IOS app works, Finder works, but mycloud.com DOES NOT

Yesterday, I uploaded several thousand photos with my Windows 10 PC. That is where I had most of my photos. However, I have not moved to a Mac.

I was able to access the photos I uploaded with Mac Finder. I can even see them with my Iphone through the My Cloud app.

However, when I use safari or chrome (in my Mac) to can access my cloud account, I can only see the file icons. The named photo icons have the circulating arrow which gives me the impression that the photos will appear, but they don’t. When I click on the photo link itself, it takes me to a black page with options to share, download, etc. However, the black page does not have any indication that it rendering/downloading. Any clues on what is going on?

Does this happen with another Internet Browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox?

Thanks for responding Trancer. I completed a hard reset and it is now working beautifully. I have no clue what was the problem, but now it’s gone.
