My Essential 2Tb usb 3.0 - No Total Capacity/Sectors

Please help…My drive will not allow me to format/partition do anything to it really. Hardware easily recognized but no capacity seen AT ALL (TOTAL SPACE (allocated or unallocated = 0 mb).  Windows finds the USB drive and installs the drivers just like any other plug and play device…  I have tried all sorts of programs with no success.  Any advice out there? I do have data on it that I would ideally like to get back (personal pictures etc…), even if I need to scrap it, but I’m not sure that is even possible at this point.  How do I get my drive to realize how big it really is?  Thanks

Picture uploaded below…

I currently have the same problem with my WD.

Is there any solution to fix that?

Trying to address on another thread… Use the link below to see what I have tried so far.
