Upgrade my MyBook Essential 1TB USB3.0

Wanted to post my question here but the thread was closed.

I got this WD MyBook Essential 1TB USB3.0 and replaced the HDD with a WD 3TB Green. I then connected the USB3.0 cable to my PC running Win7 64-bit OS but only 1TB of unformatted data was recognized. Any idea how can I get it to work?

PS: I used the WD MyBook Essential 1TB as a internal drive on another PC and it work fine.

The controller on the enclosure those not support drive expansion.

As you can see it will only show the capacity that is expected to have.
