I purchased the Easystore 2TB portable drive with use with my Xbox One (Original). When I connect it to the USB port, the Xbox will recognized it as external storage but after sometime it disappear out of the external storage list. When I reboot the Xbox, it give a message that the external storage device is too slow. Can anyone verify this devices compatibility with the Xbox One?

Is your drive working fine with the computer? Also, you might have to reformat the drive in the compatible file system which your Xbox supports.
I haven’t tried it with a computer yet since I used the xbox to reformat the file system. I have a laptop running windows 10 so I will see If it will recognize it without having to reformat it again
