My Cloud OS 5 Android begins syncing again

Hi,

Some days ago I’ve updated My Cloud OS 5 Android and now it’s syncing all the photos again. It last 48h now and the process is very slow.

How can I stop this? Now I can’t update last photos because of it’s trying to sync all again

Hi César,
I have the same issue with the WD My Cloud app. It syncs all over again, and decides to put a _1 on the end of the file name. 4000 photos then becomes 8000 photos. Sigh…

Same problem here, any update?
My Cloud FW 5.26.119
and the My Cloud Android APP 4.22.0.2040
Keep syncing…(hours), error, syncing again…(hours), error :frowning:

I encounter the same problem. Sync process repeats steadily and continue’s very slow. Even if the process finishes it starts again. Any solutions???
