Hey everyone,
I just installed my first WD My Cloud Home 6T drive and everything has been going great except that when I open my backed up pictures, they are very low resolution, unless I open them with another app like my Android Gallery or Google Photo…But when I just open them with the drive itself, they are very low res.
What’s up with that? Any ideas? W hy do I have to go through another step to get the correct resolution?

Blurry or Low-Resolution thumbnails can be displayed under the following conditions:
- when content is being added to using the desktop, web, mobile app or USB import
- when generating thumbnails after the content has been added to for the first time
- RAW images taken from certain camera
- images contain poor or low resolution embedded thumbnails
