Hello.
I have a My Cloud Home Duo and I got a message that one of the disks is degraded and has to be substituted. Unfo I didn’t pay enough attention and I do not remember which of the 2 disks has a problem. I have read many ways to check the healthy of the disks, but I def. cannot make it. I cannot find under settings any “Disk Status” or "Drive Health". I really cannot figure it out how to check the integrity of the disks.
Also, how do I know which is the right disk to buy to replace the degraded one. I mean, the model?
Appreciated if someone can help, specially with how to find out which disk is the degraded one.
