My Cloud Ex2 Ultra Public Folder - Delete Contents

Hello Y’all,

Looked through some other discussions and seems as though we are not able to delete the Public share folder.

How can I delete some contents in the Public share folder? Surely this must be possible. I have already deactivated the Public folder as Public and then was able to give the default admin account full read/write permissions. I logged off and back on. Went to Cloud share and connected as admin account and then attempted to delete some duplicate movie files, but was unable.

It says "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items.

There might be some file permission issue due to which duplicate files are not getting delete. You can enable Public folder (make it a “Public”) and then try to delete duplicate files.
