I experiencing this 907even though I could see the folder names but no data appear when I access them. I am accessing my cloud using android phone and ipad air2 but same problem. Any help. Thanks

Hi, when this started happening? WD was having issues with the remote access and performing a 40 seconds reset on the My Cloud and resetting your router seems to fix the issue.
