my WD my cloud EX2 suddenly shows connection failed at the cloud service, I have tried several ways but still not work, is anyone have an idea what’s going on? The Internet connection is fine, I still can use the the dashboard sends the confirmation letter. Please help…

Have you tried a device reset and reboot?
