Hi all,
Please show me a procedure to upgrade my My Cloud Ex2 with (2 x 1TB RAID 1) to (2 x 2TB RAID 1), how to do this with not loosing data?

Hi,
At “Storage”-“RAID”-“RAID Profile” switch “Auto-Rebuild” ON. Unmount one 1TB HD, mount one new empty 2TB HD and switch system ON. Wait until rebuild end and mount another new 2TB HD. Voilà!

Won’t work. The new drive has to be the same size as the old drive. You’ll have to tansfer your files to a USB drive or cloud, replace the drives in your EX2 and then transfer your files back to the EX2.
