My cloud drive not going to sleep

Hi, when I initially bought my Mirror couple of months ago, the drives used to go to sleep and the LED light used to go off, after few weeks that stopped happening. Firstly with the new firmware, when the drives go to sleep are the LED lights still supposed to turn off? How would I know if my drives are actually going to sleep?

I have so far done a system only reset and also removed all attached devices with no luck. Only App I have installed is Plex, does it have anything to do with that?

Note: I have Drive Sleep option already enabled on my dashboard.

It seems to be a new “feature” of the updated firmware. Have a look around this section a little bit and you’ll find a few others reporting it, plus changed functionality of the LEDs (especially the power one turning red rather than flashing yellow if the storage media has issues).

So unfortunately what you’re seeing I think is absolutely normal and correct, if not exactly sensible.
