My Cloud 3 TB (or 6 TB) : cannot access to homepage

There are a few past discussions where people indicated a similar errorm message of “reading configuration information”.

If you have a USB drive attached to the My Cloud’s USB port remove it and power cycle the My Cloud.

And in some cases it may take the My Cloud a long time to finish booting, particularly if it is scanning media files.

If one previously enabled SSH one could try accessing the My Cloud at the root level to see if they can at least access the device that way.
