My Book Studio II with 2x4Tb reds

i want to share this with all,
i have 3 My Book Studio II with 2x1tb (raid0) and 2x2tb (raid1), firewire 800.
Decided last night in one of them to replace disks with WD 4Tb Red.
I replaced the disks, but since there is no software for Macos Ventura, i had to boot in Windows.
Installed software, and after the rebuild of the raid, changed to raid0.
deleted all partitions, made a GPT partition of 8Tb.
Rebooted in Macos, and now i have a nice, fast, 8Tb Time Machine disk :slight_smile:

so, you can use WD 4Tb reds in these ancient but reliable boxes…
