My Book Live playback

I have a problem with some playback issues. I have downloaded various tv series and films on to my, my book live and most play back ok, but some with play back issues either stating the sound format or video format is not reconized, The same episodes play back on my laptop fine before I transfer them the my book.

Can anyone offer help or advise, or point me to driver update option either for the my book or to the videos prior to transfer.

You can switch the player. sometimes media player shows the error due to file format.
