My Book Live on Mac

It seems My Book Live is setup on my home network.  I am experiencing slowing internet connections and sometimes the connection is simply lost.  Has anyone else found this to be true of their setup and if so have you found a fix for this.

Also…I’m not seeing a way to simply copy files over to a folder on the drive.  I only see a public folder and there’s no apparent way to create another folder on the drive.   Help needed.  Thx.

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
