i m plug with corectly with rounter ,but still get this massege ~"Make sure you have properly connected the provided Ethnet and power cables and the LED is a steady green, then click to rescan.

but in my mac finder still appear "my book live’ hard disk~ but connection failue ~

please reply me ~ i m still doubt~ @@:cry:

you probably have the MBL in static IP mode.  Do a factory reset.

"Factory reset " is that back side hardisk reset button?
