Hi, looking for help.
My Book Duo, 8TB, Raid 1 configuration. Amber light, WD Utilities showing RAID status degraded as only one drive working. Drive 1 and Drive 2 status are both showing online. Do I need a new disc (and if so, what do I type into Amazon to find one!) and which one do I replace?

You can try to rebuild the RAID first. If one of the disk is bad, it should have a solid red on that disk LED.

Thank you, really appreciate the help. The drives are in a my book duo enclosure and so you cannot see an led for either. I thought I would be clever and remove one of the drives and see if I could still access the data. After I had tried both drives individually, they both worked on their own, I put them both back in the enclosure and now the Mac does not see them, either in finder of disc manager. I assume I have messed up the Raid configuration and will have to rebuild to see them again, but at least I was able to access the data on each.
