My book 1.5tb connects but doesn't show up in my computer?

My hard drive is connected on my computer but it doesn’t show up in my computer. I tried these methods to fix it but none worked.

-remove and update drivers

-updating wd software

-I tried connecting it to my other computer which led to the same issue

-connecting the power cord to wall

-tried to upadte and format it with the wd software

-tried to format it under device manger which leads to an error that the device is not ready and then im not able to click intilize.(it is also blank out in the device manger tab by the way, just shows disk)

A strange thing that is i connected two days out of nowhere it worked but now it stop. 

I need help please.

Use Data Lifeguard Diagnostics to write zeros ( delete all data ) and after that initialize and format the drive

It says device is not ready and the Data Lifeguard Diagnostics sees the drive and formated the drive in 0 seconds?
