Moving files to WD Elements MAC

How do I move files or folders onto the WD Elements? It shows up and I downloaded the installer. Click and drag doesn’t seem to work.

Doesn’t seem to work? What happens?

I mean, it’s just an ordinary drive. No magic involved…

Shows up as installed, but dragging files to it doesn’t work. That’s how we generally move files.
