Mount wd my cloud PR4100 in Centos

Hi all,

I am a newbie to the NAS and linux, so please excuse my simple question. I have WD mycloud PR4100 and I am trying to mount it to our server which has centos 6 as the OS. What would be the commands to do that ? I tried various command found in google but it does not work. The last error message I am now in is

mount.nfs: access denied by server while mounting 10.10.82.70:/home

and the last command I tried is:

mount 10.11.81.70:/home /home/Backup

Your help would be highly appreciated.

Many thanks.

Best,
Nabin

I’m more of a debian/ubuntu guy myself, but you shouldn’t have any trouble mounting a My Cloud share as a Samba drive in centos. Try the instructions from the Centos wiki below:
