It does not find window shares content. I’ve reset the player on set up screen and the reset pin on bottom of player. I looked into the smb v1 in on my windows 10 pc (fall creator update) and unchecked automatic removal. I have shared the video folder on my pc. Yes it worked previously but since the windows 10 update it’s nothing but trouble. Please help

Ok I did that… But thought I would find my answer in the community. I
got that info for the group/community when I tried to research my problem
on WD website. I noticed that many other members are having the same issue
with their media player since upgrading to win 10 fall creator. Has any
member found a solution?
