Media library not updating

Hey, really hope someone can help me here.

I have a WD TV LIVE HUB and a WD TV LIVE STREAMER.  All my films are kept on the Hub, and the streamer is in the bedroom.  Just recently, like maybe the past month. The media streamer has just stopped updating the media library. So every single time I switch it on, I have to manually go in to system, clear the media library, and wait for it to rescan. 

It used to just update automatically, so i could just switch it on and play, but I don’t know whats going on recently. Everything still plays. I just have to manually clear the library every single time, and then it’s fine. It’s highly annoying. Anyone know how to fix this? Or why it’s doing it?

Has anything change on the setup?

Did you recently updated the firmware on the WD TV  Live Streaming?

Both the hub and the streamer are on latest firmware available. Nothing has changed as far as I know. The hub its self notices any changes you put on its HDD, but the streamer always has to be manually updated from the clear media library option. It used to work, so im a bit stumped.
