MBL (3TB) icon does not appear on Networks. Therefore unable to connect to the device

My MBL 3 TB device is unusable entirely. It’s on PC. I’m not able to connect to it and hence cannot access anything in it. By “unable to connect” I mean that it does not appear on my Networl folder in WIN 10.

I’m using a 64 bit Windows 10 machine and it has worked perfectly well with it for years. Now I’ve never been able to access it through the traditional wifi (yes, for fucksake) and therefore, disgruntled, I’m using it through a ■■■■■■■ switch. My wifi is never able to detect it plugged in God know’s why.

But now, for the First time it doesn’t register even through my Switch. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi,

You can try to again map the device using device name or IP address: How to Map a WD Network Drive on Windows 10 and Windows 11
