Mapped drives not reconnecting after reboot

Help! My mapped drives are not reconnecting after reboot. I mapped them using the “WD access” icon and checked the reconnect at restart box.

if you login through the web browser does it say your device is “migrating”?

Do you have a My Cloud Home or a regular My Cloud? I don’t think WD access can be used to map the private user space of the My Cloud Home.

If you mean the Dashboard, when I first login it says idle then after 30 seconds it says scanning.

I have a My Cloud Home. I use Norton to backup my system. Norton does not see any network storage unless it is mapped and connected.

The My Cloud Home does not have a dashboard. If you have the dashboard it is a regular my cloud.

If you do in fact have a My Cloud Home you will need to install WD Discovery and it will mount the private user space to the computer as a drive.

It is a regular My Cloud. I have mapped drives using both windows and WD access and neither way will reconnect on startup or reboot. They are visible with a red X but not visible to other programs until I click to open the drive then it will reconnect and be visible to other programs.
