Map drive letter on a xp pc

just got my cloud mirror gen2 and i can not get it to map a drive letter using XP or show up on the wd quick view icon,
my other my cloud mirror shows ok

Do you get any kind of error message while mapping the drive?

when you map it you browse for folder you can see the WD drive but as per photo you can select it the drive but the ok button is greyed out . my other drive is fine
