Does anyone know how to map windows network drive for a remote WD My Cloud device which is not located on the home network? Earlier this functionality was available through the website but not anymore.
Remote drive mapping is not currently officially possible. WD removed the remote drive mapping option when they released OS3 and updated the WD2Go.com / MyCloud.com site a few months ago. Feel free to join the rest in complaining about it in the following thread.
