I have a 4 TB My Book Live DUO that is working fine. I just installed Bitdefender SW (Trial version in conjunction with a NetGear ORBI wi-fi) and it reports 43 High Risk “Known public CVE” infestations of my
My Book Live DUO device. I assumed WD would provide updates to the device SW/FW through the years as these CVEs and other possible vulnerabilities were detected but it seems WD has not updated the FW since 2015. Should I worry? Is there a WD download that will protect the device?
