Just changed from a pc to a mac

i just purchased a new macbook pro, i can  not drag different movie files (mkv  MPEG etc)  into my wd elements play. i am a novice so help would be appreciated. thanks

That is because the Elements is formatted in NTFS, if you want to copy files from your Mac you need to change the format to HFS+.
