Internal server error

I just purchased a My cloud home duo so that I can have a nas with raid 1 and protect my data. I cant get the My cloud app to work as when I try to logon it gives an error of “Internal server error”. I have been trying for 2 days to call the UK numbers for support ie 00800… no answer… I called the support in the USA and followed the support to uninstall and install it again (On windows 10) - still the same error and no reply from my email back to them. Can anyone offer advice to get the my cloud duo desktop app working ?

You should reinstall updated version of WD Discovery for My Cloud Home Duo device (Version: 3.0.376) from WD Support and manually delete the remaining files & directories after uninstalling WD Discovery Software.
