iMac not recognising or detecting 20TB My Book Duo

Hi

Just purchased the new external 20TB My Book Duo for my iMac & also downloaded the WD Discovery software, but my iMac syill does not recognise or detect my new drive !

I’ve followed the step by step instruction on installation guide, but still no good

Is there any idea’s views that I could try apart from thinking there’s something wrong with the new drive
