I want to upgrade the hard drives in a G-Speed Studio XL. How?

The eight old 8 TB drives in the G-Speed Studio XL that I have are dangerously full. I have the data backed up elsewhere so I would like to replace the eight 8TB drives with eight 10TB drives.

How do I do that?
