I purchased Sandisk Extreme Portable Pro SSD 4TB several weeks ago. Everything was fine until I found this bug today. I plugged in this drive and another one at the same time. And then Sandisk security app constantly told me that I input wrong password. Since I restarted my laptop, it worked fine.
I have never experienced with this issue with my portable drives, which means it’s a bug. Hope WD updates the app ASAP.

Thanks for the suggestion, but reporting something to WD support is kinda pain in the neck. It works fine now, so I’ll keep an eye on it and will report it if it goes seriously.
